How do we work remotely?

All work will all be done via the internet and cloud based programs. We will use task management systems and work out the best way of communicating; slack, emails, whatsapp, smoke signal.

How do we Start?

I will start with learning your business systems and process. There will be training and lots of questions on both sides. If there are no process and workflows we will create them as we go. This first bit can be time consuming, however it is vital that we are on the same page. I need to learn your voice and how you work. We will work out the priority of tasks and begin the handover.

I would recommend Shiftcare as it is easy to use and less setup. Brevity is great if you have a techie head and love reports. Brevity can do complex and customised reports. I would not recommend DayCare Springs it is small and still being developed. Conecteams don’t have the NDIS codes to import.
